So I suppose you agree with his gangster behaviour towards passengers then. If I dun put myself in his shoes, I wun be bothered to think of so many alternatives.

I admit that not havng enough cash with me is my fault but his gangster and threatening behaviour towards pasengers is ridiculous.

I wish to state that my sole purpose of posting the incident here is not to seek justice nor pin-point whose at fault. Rather, it is to let all cab takers out there know and learn from this incident so that they wont land into the same situation as me.

At least I got to know that from this incident that all Premier Taxis only accept cash as they do not have other modes of payment. So have ample cash if you consider flaging these cabs.

Just make a suggestion to taxi companies or to LTA to make NETS payment service available in all cabs to save such problem & trouble. You never know which taxi will come & its not always comfort & Citycab. If all NETS payment services are available in all taxis , i believe this incident could be avoided as if you do not have enough cash , you can use either cashcard or NETS.

NETS or credit card cashless payment also makes life safer for night shift drivers.

I totally agree with your suggestion. Actually I was equally surprised to learn that Premier Taxis do not have nets, visa or mastercard payment in their cabs. I could have easily made the payment should one of these mode of payment are made available.

some missing, then only WEEKS later then the things are retrived...
soemore TS already call the taxi driver to follow him le...

Well if that happen just tell the taxi driver, he can copy down my name & ic number & mobile number - so if i run you have the information to police . He cannot hold on to your IC or other procession , which is again the law.

There is no need to give them anything to hold on to..... for if the taxi driver run off with it ..... you can do nothing. You think got taxi number - also no use. why the taxi driver say he never drive that road that day - taxi company also say most proably you copy down the wrong number.
